We moved from Wales in November 2009 to start at Pennygum. Paul was a Chartered Accountant in private practice and Sarah was a special needs teacher and advisor. Underberg is such a great place - friendly people, safe and gorgeous scenery. We have travelled all over the world and we have decided to settle here in what we believe is the most beautiful place on earth- especially the view from Pennygum!

Snow has arrived on the mountains and we are waiting for more. This is a lovely time of the year - cold nights by a big fire and warm sunny days. Our new house is finished so we can offer our old house - now Apple Cottage and we have had excellent reports from our
guests who seem to love the new cottage! Major is in fine form - waiting for more dogs and children to arrive to play with him and Spitzer, Nadi and Penny also doing well.
